Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Putt Pop, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Putt Pop for your entertainment. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

In-App Purchases

Putt Pop offers virtual currency (Coins) and a Premium Upgrade. All purchases are handled through the Apple App Store. Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property

The game, its brand, artwork, sound, and logic are the intellectual property of Putt Pop and its creators. You may not use our assets for any commercial purpose without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Putt Pop is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
